Peter Sherayko (Texas Jack in the film Tombstone) owns Caravan West Productions, a company dedicated to historical accuracy. They provided the firearms and the Buckaroos who make up the Red Sash Gang for Tombstone. Peter and the Buckaroos can be seen in numerous films, television shows and commercials as well. The book is intended as a guide for the Old West collector, historian, film buff and filmmaker who care about doing it right. There is information on guns, saddles, bridles, spurs, chaps, and knives, costumes and boots that were either supplied to the film or were appropriate to the Tombstone Territory of 1882. Similar items that are great historical pieces commonly seen in movies, but inaccurate for the early 1880’s historical period, are also displayed.
